A portrait of the people whose work moves healthcare forward, and the purpose that connects every one of them.
GE HealthCare colleagues around the world turn personal purpose into collective impact, helping create a world where healthcare has no limits.
Every choice in this campaign traces back to four commitments. They are the reason the work feels like GE HealthCare and not like anyone else's CVP film.
We don't simply say healthcare has no limits. We show the people working every day to move it closer to true, and let the company's own purpose — a world where healthcare has no limits — arrive on its own.
Nothing is invented and nothing is overclaimed. The campaign simply makes visible what's already true about how the work happens, every day, across the company.
We interviewed colleagues across three continents and a wide range of functions. One thing happened entirely on its own: when they were asked about their own impact, people pointed to someone else.
Everybody played a role. Even the van drivers who exposed themselves without any fear.
Field engineers are the heart of our culture, and they are the backbone of our company.
Sourcing cannot achieve anything alone. We are facilitating everything in between.
They don't even agree on who the backbone is. That disagreement is the proof: the work matters because it connects; and no one has to say so out loud. The colleagues show it.
Across the hero stories, modules, and cutdowns, the campaign will carry audiences along a deliberate emotional path: humble at the open, earning pride before it reaches purpose.
The patient is closer than you think
Many colleagues have stood on the other side of care: as patients, as families. The work matters to them personally, long before it's a job.
Recognition · BelongingThe work moves through many hands, and no one carries it alone
No one carries the mission alone, and everyone points to someone else. The audience feels the culture before anyone says it out loud.
PrideTogether, they remove limits
Every day, colleagues remove one more limit; of distance, time, access, cost, fear. The story rises into the company's own purpose.
Purpose · No LimitsNow that the interviews are in, the narrative spine has come into sharper focus. The pattern just above — colleagues handing the credit to one another — wasn't something we set out to find; it surfaced on its own, and it sharpened how the story wants to be told.
Because these stories are interconnected, storyboards come after we align on that spine, so every edit, module, and visual direction ladders back to the same purpose, rather than reacting to isolated scenes before the full story is locked.
If the architecture feels right, storyboards, edit planning, modules, and channel assets can move forward from a shared foundation.
Read the vital signs of this company, and you find the same signal again and again: people whose work connects; together, creating a world where healthcare has no limits.
